New Students

If you’ve just enrolled at Íæż½ã½ã for September 2024, you will need to log on for the first time using a college computer.

• Your username is your college student ID number (found on your lanyard and Learning Agreement)
• Your password is initially set to the following format: first name initial in capitals, surname initial in capitals, followed by your 6-digit date-of-birth in the format DDMMYY with an exclamation mark (!) at the end – so, for a student named Joe Bloggs, born on 26 July 2008, their password would be JB260708!
• When logging in to your college Google account, you must add @college.wlc.ac.uk after your student ID number
• We recommend that you change the password as soon as possible to ensure the safety of your college account. You can do this using any college PC, pressing Ctrl, Alt and Del keys and selecting ‘Change Password’. Please do not share your password with others.

Returning Students

If you’re continuing your studies at Íæż½ã½ã, you can use the login details that you used last year.

• Your username is your college student ID number (found on your ID card and Learning Agreement)
• Your password remains the same
• When logging in to your college Google account, you must add @college.wlc.ac.uk
  after your student ID number
• If you have any issues, please ask your tutor or seek assistance at Student Services or in the Learning Resource Centre
• We recommend that you change the password as soon as possible to ensure the safety of your college account. You can do this using any college PC, pressing Ctrl, Alt and Del keys and selecting ‘Change Password’. Please do not share your password with others.

Previously Enrolled Students

If you enrolled at the college before 2020 and have returned onto another course, you will need to ask your tutor for help.

• Your username is your college student ID number (found on your ID card and Learning Agreement)
• Please ask your tutor to retrieve your login details from ProSolution
• When logging in to your college Google account, you must add @college.wlc.ac.uk
  after your student ID number
• If you have any issues, please ask your tutor or seek assistance at Student Services or in the Learning Resource Centre
• We recommend that you change the password as soon as possible to ensure the safety of your college account. You can do this using any college PC, pressing Ctrl, Alt and Del keys and selecting ‘Change Password’. Please do not share your password with others.
